At the very beginning of the Amalfi Coast, tucked between mountains and sea, lies the beautiful town of Cava de’ Tirreni — the birthplace of our beer, crafted at Mamma’s Brewery.

This isn’t just where our beer is made. It’s where our story deepens.

We chose Cava because it sits at a crossroads of tradition and nature. Pure mountain water flows down from the Lattari range, the air carries the warmth of southern Italy, and generations of craftsmanship live in every street. It’s the same philosophy we follow in our Neapolitan pizza — simple ingredients, treated with respect, and brought to life with passion.

Our beer is brewed slowly, intentionally, and authentically at Mamma’s Brewery. No shortcuts. No compromises. Just like our dough.

We work closely with local Italian brewers at Mamma’s Brewery who share our obsession with quality, creating beers that are designed to sit perfectly alongside a true Neapolitan pizza — light, balanced, and full of character.
