DIPPI began the way many great ideas do — completely by accident, inside a bustling kitchen at Mamma Margherita.

For years, we watched customers come in for our pizzas… and stay for our sauces.
People weren’t just dipping their crusts — they were scraping every last drop from the pot. Some even asked if they could buy tubs to take home. Others joked that we should “bottle this magic” and sell it worldwide.

What started as a simple accompaniment became one of the most talked-about parts of the meal.

That’s when we realised something:
DIPPI wasn’t just a sauce — it was an experience.

So we rolled up our sleeves and began perfecting our recipes.
We experimented, tweaked, refined, and brought in the best Italian ingredients we could find. The goal wasn’t to create another condiment — it was to create something unmistakably ours. Something that captured the soul of Mamma Margherita and brought it beyond the walls of our restaurant.

The result?
Two signature flavours that customers fell in love with:
